If you want to configure the application to be invoked through the event-based triggering mechanism, select the TRIGGERS option from the main menu.
By selecting New..., you can add a new configuration for automatically starting the GRAVITY application.
After selecting New..., you must choose the type of automatic invocation from the list.
When selecting the event-based triggering mechanism, choose the EVENT option from the list.
In the PROPERTIES section, you must also specify the GRAVITY application (project) that will be associated with the configured invocation.
To complete the configuration, you need to specify the type of event.
You can choose from the following options:
- On service start → the invocation will occur when the automatic invocation server starts.
- On service stop → the invocation will occur when the automatic invocation server is shut down.
To activate the trigger, set the Enabled switch to On.
If you want the system to send an email to specified recipients when an error occurs in the process, select the Send mail when error option.
If the project uses parameters, you will see them on the Parameters panel as a list of name–value pairs. By clicking a value, you can enter a default value for the trigger parameter.
The default value will be used if the trigger does not receive a value for that parameter from the invocation (e.g., via REST API, database, RabbitMQ, etc.) and will be passed to the project being executed.
