The Trigger Configuration window is the second key configuration element of the system, after projects. It is divided into two areas. The left side is the Folders area, which contains a list of trigger folders, while the right side displays the list of projects in the selected folder.
For better trigger organization, each trigger is assigned to a single folder.
After the system is installed, a default folder named Default is created. At any time, you can rename it, add new folders, or delete existing ones using the New folder or Manage folders options located above the folder list.
Triggers within a folder are displayed by selecting the folder with a mouse click; clicking it again deselects it. You can select multiple folders at the same time—in this case, the trigger list will display projects from several folders, grouped by folder. Folder groups can be expanded or collapsed by clicking the group name.
You can search for triggers by name using the Search field. The search is performed across all triggers, regardless of which folders are selected.
Using the options available in the trigger list, you can quickly edit a trigger, delete it, or view trigger logs.
You can create a new trigger at any time by clicking the New… button in the trigger area.
The trigger list contains information specific to each trigger type. In addition, it shows the number of trigger executions completed successfully and unsuccessfully, as well as a graphical overview of the last 10 executions. This information is not refreshed automatically, so to load the most recent data, you must use the REFRESH button.
