EXAMPLE USE OF GRAVITY – Automatic Bank Statement Retrieval
The process of automatically retrieving bank statements. The action is triggered based on a time schedule. GRAVITY scans predefined locations specific to each bank.
When a bank statement file is detected, the statement line items are added by GRAVITY to the ERP system using the WEB SERVICE functionality of the ERP system. The retrieved bank statement file is moved to a different location (downloaded bank statements).
