The DISCRETISATION operator enables the transformation of data values in the processed stream from continuous values into discrete values. This means that the operator maps values belonging to a given data range to a single value (a discrete value) that is characteristic of that range.
An example of a GRAVITY project using the DISCRETISATION operator:

The user can apply the discretisation process to a selected column on the input data bus.
The result of the operator’s execution (on the output data bus) is a data stream in which the discretisation process has been applied to the selected columns.
