TASK
The goal is to “open” the software by creating WEB SERVICE functions that can be called by any external IT system. By creating an independent communication layer in GRAVITY, we establish an IT architecture in which front-end applications can be freely replaced without time-consuming integration efforts.
EXAMPLE USE OF GRAVITY
This task is, in fact, an example that has already been described in general terms in the previous section (ERP system expansion). We highlight this use case as a separate example due to the widespread demand for this type of communication model.
